Personal Introduction

I like the idea of learning about the law from non-legal practitioners’ perspectives, such as those of an anthropologist or a philosopher, because they will have many insightful things to say about the legal world. I think it is important to know how people outside the legal profession perceive and understand those within it. As a future member of the latter category, I want to better my understanding of my position within the greater societal context through this information so that I can see more clearly how my decisions as a legal practitioner will affect the community around me.
