Nona - I think this is it...when you create a topic, you can specify what topic heading it goes under...I've created this as a subtopic off of another topic based on your question. Also, if you want to make a topic a child after you've created it, you can click the 'More' button at the bottom of the editing window and specify which topic you would like it to appear under.
