My name is Kalli Kefallinos. As an undergrad studying philosophy, I became fascinated with critical social theory. I found myself repeatedly trying to apply the principles I was learning to present-day social phenomena that interested me. The rub was that I felt there was a wall between my locating a social problem philosophically and my being able to alleviate that problem practically. In short, I hope law school will empower me with the skills I need to evoke practical change.
