Law in Contemporary Society
I came to law school because, like most people, I struggle in the post-industrial U.S. economy. I want to do something about it, for myself, my family, and others who struggle. I want to know how to use law to make this country a better place for us, for as long as this country's law exists.

Before coming here, I worked in technical services at a software company and did a few years of a doctoral program in political science. That was fun, but it soon became obvious that having theoretical sophistication in a social science won't necessarily help people like us. Who will help us are people with deep, practical knowledge of what moves society and a will to do justice. I want to be that kind of person.
