I was an English major (creative writing) at Fairfield University. I was out of college four years before starting at Columbia. I worked mostly as a federal consultant in DC and my focus was enjoying having an income while living in a city. I also spent a year with several part time jobs,trying to figure out/ get into a field catering to my creative writing interests.

I’m interested in finding a way to have a balanced legal career, with equal weight to these elements: challenging, enjoyable (socially and mentally), somewhat lucrative, and a semi-normal amount of working hours.
