I come from a family of artists, but I don’t claim to be one. However, while I haven't produced my own art since sculpting a miniature lion in sixth grade (randomly very impressive), I appreciate all art and I can think like an artist. Thinking like an artist requires one to slow down and observe the world with an open mind. I'm all about the slow pace of the Midwest and the open-mindedness of the West Coast. Also, if I could get paid to eat good food with people I care about, my job search would be over.
